  Happy Anniversary to Wonk!
It was one year ago today that the first Illini Wonk post appeared. Now, 303 posts later, it's time to celebrate the one year anniversary of Illini Wonk. Here are a few stats for you for the past 365 days:
You might be wondering how I intend to celebrate? (Even if you weren't, I'm going to tell you). I'll be attending the biggest college basketball game to come to Sioux Falls in recent memory when the Manhattan Jaspers play the South Dakota State Jackrabbits. SDSU (whose 65 points at Illinois represent the highest from any opponent this year) is in their second year of NCAA Division I basketball and I'm impressed that they were able to get Manhattan to come all this way. It's the kind of game that Kyle Whelliston would really get excited about.

Thanks to all of you for reading. It's been a great year.

UPDATE: I went to the game tonight and it was a good one. Overtime even. On the slight chance that someone is interested, I posted my recap over at College Basketball. Photos (which aren't very good) are on Flickr.
