Illini edge Xavier, face Arkansas-Little Rock
Despite spotting Xavier the first 12 points of the game, the Illinois Fighting Illini were able to overcome a 15-point first half deficit to hand Xavier their first loss of the season. Dee Brown and James Augustine both had big games, with Augustine earning Big Ten Co-Player of the Week honors for his game-leading 23-point effort.

Tonight, the Illini face an Arkansas-Little Rock team that's coming off only a five point loss to Michigan State.
